Shipping

We ship out orders within 1-2 business days and ship 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday. If there is a stat holiday on the Friday, we will do our best to ship out the day before. Any custom customer jobs or wholesale orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after the estimated completion date provided at the beginning of the job.

Returns

Due to the nature of bath & body products, at this time we do not accept any returns on these items at this point. Returns on other items will be at our discretion. Exchanges on some items will be the preferred result.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted on new, unworn items in resell-able condition. Some items may be exchanged at our discretion if purchased locally and still in new condition.
